808 Day (actually to be held on August 5th; the Saturday before August 8th) is a charitable celebration of our island culture through music, art, food, and good vibes held at BREW in Kailua-Kona.
100% of profits from ticket sales + beer sales will be donated to the BIG Dreams Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit whose primary purpose is to nourish and strengthen our local community by generating and redistributing energy and resources to empower Hawaii-based community projects (i.e. community gardens, scholarships, public art, etc.).
10% of vendor sales will benefit a charity of each vendor’s choice.

This event was more than just a concert, it was a celebration of culture that raised over $15,000 for local charities including Hugs Hawaii, Edith Kanaka'ole Foundation, Hawaii Food Basket, Hawaii Coffee Foundation, Boys & Girls Club, Hawaii Children's Cancer Foundation, Hawaiian Reforestation Program, Kapiolani Children's Hospital, and other organizations and individuals in need.
